This works great if you happen to like electrical massage versus vibrational. It is a bit of a weird feeling but it does loosen the muscles pretty well compared to vibrational. I have been wanting something that does a good neck massage as well as the option of other part of the body. This one does take up a good amount of space so be aware of that before purchase. It is pretty easy to store and you can remove the base to make it thinner. The bottom piece does not actually snap into place. It is a piece that you have to pick up with it. This particular unit is really nice all around device to have for massaging. One thing I will say is that it does take time to get used to as it uses electrical pulses. It can be a bit intense for some so start at a lower level and make your way up as needed. The controls are on the wire so it is easier to control while laying on this. Also when laying on it, it does take time to get used to the uncomfortable feeling. I would recommend that you adjust the electrical pad to comfort. It has several different high settings. It is durable and can support the weight of our neck and head. It is not a pillow so it is a bit of a harder surface so be aware of that. For the neck part, the device does rub a little bit against my skin. If you happen to sweat it can cause a little irritation on the neck. The heating part is nice to relax the muscles. It took the pain out of my neck for sure. The next thing is that this device is not really heavy so you can easily pick it up just be careful not to drop the bottom piece. It is not a cordless massage so you will need to find a plug and be stuck in one location. The wire does have a good amount of length and the controls are on the wire so try not to damage the wire. It has several different options to set for your comfort. The nice thing about this is that I am able to use it on other parts of my body. After a long day of desk work, I can lay down on this and massage my neck. It makes me less sore after a long day. The nice this is is that there are no patches so I do not have to worry about the replacements in the future. For me, my neck fit around the piece pretty well and was able to work on my neck easily. The only thing I had to adjust was the height. It is not the most compact thing but you could take it on the go with you if you need it on trips. This is a great thing to use right after a long day at work. You can take a break and use it while working from home which is nice. It is not too intense of a setting that would cause any discomfort however use your best judgement. Overall this is a great massage to have if you are okay with electrical pulses rather than vibrations. It takes time to get used to so again use it at low intensity and work your way up to your comfort. It really does a good job with reducing muscle pains. I actually use this for about an hour and feel less pain in the morning. It is easy to adjust and very powerful.

I have been regularly using this for a few weeks now. This device does all the essential treatments I need for my lower back which is in chronic pa in of various degrees.It is surprisingly comfortable considering ithe high force I set it to it exerts. The results are lasting longer than expected as well. It took me one or two sessions to familiarize myself with it and arrive at the ideal settings for my condition. I like the versatility of the settings. Even though I use it on a hard floor, I still use it with the included base (meant for sessions on a mattress) because it maximizes the back stretch which is all important in my case.

I have found this device to be relatively easy to use and effective. My lower back gets tight and tired from the work that I do and sometimes from my exercise routine. I started with the auto settings just to get familiar with the device (twice only), then went right into the manual functions. I use the device once a day for one 15 minute session -- using the heat option the entire session I use the vibrate alone about 2 minutes adding the kneading for another 2 minutes; then use the stretching/traction option (no vibration) with the heat for 9 minutes; finish with 2 minutes of heat, vibration and kneading. The stretching/ traction and kneading options cannot be used together. After each session I recommend stretching the lower back (I'm big on stretching, start my day out with overall general stretching). I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

This has several settings and I have used it every night since I've bought it. I've notice lower back pain relief. The heat function is a blessing as well. I highly recommend this product!

This has been working really well for me. I herniated a disc in my back and I’ve been using this to stretch my spine. It has options for heat, vibrate, and stretch level. Because of the platform that is included, it works while laying on the couch. I recommend this product.

Great product to ease lower back pain and stiffnes.. if your new to this like I was and have back problems, take is slowly on the stretching mode. Heat and vibration modes will make you fall asleep 😴

This is a very usable traction device and effective.

I had bought this for my wife who have bad back pain. She use it every other day and her pain eased up. She said it works great. Worth the money
