Push Up Board,Foldable Pushup Board for Man,Portable 30 in 1 Push Up Bar

I actually borrowed one of these from a buddy before buying my own, and after using it for a few workouts I knew I had to get one. This thing works great, especially for the price. It makes it easy to target different muscle groups, including your chest, shoulders, triceps, and even parts of your back, just by moving the handles to the different color-coded positions. The layout is simple to understand, and changing exercises takes only a few seconds. The handles feel comfortable, and the board itself is sturdy enough for regular workouts. One of my favorite features is how compact it is. When you're done, it folds up easily and stores away without taking up much space. Overall, this has become one of my favorite pieces of workout equipment. Great value, easy to use, and surprisingly effective there is literally only 3 parts, and the 2 handles actually clip in the back, and you can fold it in half was not missing any parts. Great for home use. Highly recommended!

I was skeptical at first when buying this pushup board, but I do have to say I enjoyed it overall. The pushup board is portable and can be used anywhere, such as on a solid or carpeted floor. The handle has good grip resistance, even with small hands, so you don't have to worry about slipping. The handle can be kept inside of the board and be placed in a safe area for later use. If you haven't worked out in a while, I suggest starting with small reps for each set to get a good feel for it and for the handle as well. I also do love the different sets and functionality of the pushup board. It has various workout sets that focus on key areas to help build and maintain muscles, and the board is color coded if you only want to focus on certain areas. The price of the pushup board is great for being comfortable, easy to use, and sturdy. Overall, I would recommend the pushup board if you want a simple yet great workout.

It worked perfectly for me, I would highly recommend using it on a flat surface with the friction pads, I was slipping a little when using it on carpet. Although it still works great.

Great for changing up workout routine. Easy to see.

I’ve been using this 15-in-1 Push Up Board for my home workouts and honestly, it’s been a great addition to my routine. I like that it takes regular push-ups and makes them feel way more structured and effective. The color-coded positions make it easy to target different muscle groups — chest, shoulders, triceps, and back. It actually helps you focus on form instead of just doing random push-ups. I feel the difference in muscle activation, especially in my chest and triceps. The board feels solid and stable on the floor, and the handles are comfortable to grip. They also take pressure off the wrists, which is a big plus if regular push-ups bother you. It doesn’t take up much space either, so it’s perfect for home workouts, apartments, or even taking with you when traveling. It’s not some magic device, but it definitely helps make workouts more organized and challenging without needing weights or a gym. For the price, it’s a really good tool if you want to build upper body strength at home. Overall, simple idea, but it works.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought this — I honestly thought it might just be cheap plastic. But after receiving it and using it in my daily workouts, I’m really impressed. It’s sturdy, reliable, and has become a regular part of my routine. My only complaint is the handles. They’re hard plastic, nothing like the cushioned handles shown in the product photos, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. It does come with thin padded stickers meant to wrap around the handles, but they don’t stay on at all. Aside from that issue, it’s a great product and performs exactly how I hoped it would.

So worth it for daily use, walk by it hit a couple of push ups and go about ur day. When u see it it helps build that habit, also different push ups=different muscles is peak.

Solid push up board, to stay fit and strong I always do 100 push ups per day. I just change the position after every set of 20 to target a different muscle group. This board is better on your hands than doing push ups with your palms flat on the ground. Helps prevent any wrist pain from classic floor push ups. Just be careful when using the board, if you bounce up too hard the hand grips may come out and you will do a face plant lol

Excellent product

Buen material.

Bad quality

Lost of these to choose from these days, most much cheaper than this one. I went for this one because it said it was high quality. Clearly nothing special about it though. Units don’t even snap together easily in the right place. Drops were not fully stable at end positions. Seriously, consider using a swivel and lock style push up unit instead for around the price of this one. That’s what I’m using now and it’s a hundred times better.
