Awning Leg Plates
Ideal, lightweight and sturdy plates for securing a roll out awning leg. Recommended.

Lightweight and more secure
Lightweight to carry and a lot more reliable than just putting a peg through one hole as with vibration Ive has the steel pegs loosen off so would come out if the wind took the awning. With this you have more pegs at differing angles

Does the job
Saves wear & tear on the somewhat flimsy Fiamma leg brackets, which can distort especially if using screw pegs.

Strong and thick, just like my son Richard.

Good product for expensive awning
Used on trip away legs felt more secure one screw was missing. Put in grass pitch and a bit fiddly trying to remove pegs but idea is to keep legs more secure.

Recommended Insurance
Handy tough plates to nail down the Awning feet, Fiamma or Omnistor, to save your Awning abseiling off in a Hurricane or just flopping up over the Campervan roof like mine did when an unexpected gust just lifted it up peg and all and cost me £60 for a new part which got bent, and the whole thing never worked properly thereafter. These seem well made solid plastic with 8 decent rock pegs included. At the price (15) they are inexpensive Insurance. I use a rawhide mallet for pegging but have seen some using ordinary metal hammers so if you do, then make sure you hit the peg not the plate. Just in case.

OK, but accept its cheaper and not as robust as other options
Quite flexible base and not as good a fit around the bottom of the awning leg as I would like. it works, but may have been better investing in the more expensive peggy peg system.
