Fine grains and hardens nicely
This product is great if you follow the directions. I used it with a brick path. Some of the joints were wide and some not, and this product didn't fail in either place. The fine grains help get into small spaces and compacts nicely. This product hardens nicely too. Sometimes I've used it with a joint stabilizer (SEK Surebond). The key is following the directions and it seems like the longer it can sit and dry the better. My project was completed in the fall with the humidity medium, but sunny. The difference between day 2 and 5 was extreme. To me it is worth the price. I miss the buckets, but the bag works fine. I used Poly Haze Remover by Artisan and used a paint roller to roll it onto the brick face. Not sure it was necessary, but my brick had a bit of efflorescence. Good luck.
