A must have! I bought this hoping it would be great and I was not disappointed! The visuals are outstanding and really help tell the story through the narrator, plus if you are fortunate enough to own a 3D TV then it really does make it a must watch as soon as you can! The overall content is amazing! Its entertaining, interesting and what really sold it to me was it was accurate. A lot of similar products have had poor research behind them but from having a keen interest and studying aerospace at degree it is great knowing they have put so much time into making this. It is explained so clearly as well that allows it to be watched by anyone, especially those interested in space, physics, astronomy or those who love seeing 3D blu-rays!The cosmos is a fantastic and extraordinary place that is shown off to all of its glory on this disc! With Christmas coming around I strongly recommend this for any friends or family!

Fabbbulous... It reminds me of the space show I watched at the Planetarium in New York! It's very entertaining and the 3D is amazing! It's a perfect DVD for amateur.

I WOULD OF GIVEN THIS 5 STARS IF IT WASN'T FOR THE NARRATORS VOICE BEING SO ANNOYING??ITS ALMOST LIKE HE TAKES ONE BREATH AT THE BEGINNING AND DOESN'T TAKE ANOTHER BREATH UNTIL THE END?THERE IS OBVIOUSLY SOME BAD VOICE EDITING GOING ON IN THIS DVD?A GOOD FEATURE OF THIS DVD WOULD BE IF YOU COULD TURN THE NARRATORS VOICE OFF AND JUST LEAVE THE MUSIC PLAYING? BECAUSE THE VISUAL ASPECT OF THIS DVD IS AWESOME!! AND THE 3D MAKES YOU FEEL YOUR IN SPACE!!!I JUST WISH THERE WAS AN OPTION WERE YOU COULD TURN THE COMMENTARY ON OR OFF? BUT UNFORTUNATELY THERE'S NOT? THAT'S WHY I ONLY GAVE IT 3 STARS? :'(

First blue ray DVDs bought to try on new Sony bravia 60. Excellent education dvd, voice over becomes a little overbearing after a while. Slightly disappointed Would have liked a bit more 3d experience on dvd, quality of film great. only given a 4 rating for those two reasons

The 3D is awesome and while the info is a little dated it's still prescient.

I found this an impressive and informative documentary and would recommend it to anyone interested in this subject. It includes impressive footage and a good commentary.

As I am in to astronomy I thought that this would be a good watch. The whole thing had me riveted to the screen. An excellent watch,

I bought this to test my new Samsung SUHD 4K 3D blue ray player, the 3D affects and clarity were simply beautiful to watch with whole planets coming way out of the screen so for that part I was satisfied, however the narrator either was a computer generated voice or sounds as monotone as one and becomes very boring after 15 mins or so.
