I have nearly finished the bottle which has taken about 2 months. I believe to see full results u need to take supplements for 3 months.So far my nails have seen the most results. Previously my nails were breaking a lot and cracking. My nails now look super healthy and feel strong. My skin I haven't noticed any change. My hair which is thinning due to menopause. I can't see any improvement yet. I will order another bottle and see if my hair improves.
