BEST silicone tape I’ve tried for severely sensitive, fragile skin!
I’ve been dealing with a chronic skin issue for over a year, requiring frequent bandage changes, and as someone who is allergic to most adhesive, I’ve been using silicone tape. I have tried pretty much every highly rated brand on Amazon and this one is the BEST.My skin has become severely sensitive lately, meaning even the BACKING of some silicone tapes causes a problem (or the sharp/rough edges) and this is absolutely the softest, most comfortable, most sensitive-skin-friendly one I have tried. I’m going through a lot of it right now and there have been several times I’ve run out and literally paid for rush shipping just to get more overnight rather than risking skin irritation by using another brand, THAT’S how big of a difference this tape makes for me.Pros:-My skin does NOT react to it. This is priority number 1 for me and this tape has NEVER triggered a reaction.-The tape itself is very soft and stretchy, making it pretty comfortable even for someone like me who hates having stuff stuck to my skin. The edges don’t feel sharp or scratchy against my highly sensitive skin (none of the other silicone tapes I’ve tried are this soft).-VERY sticky/gummy for silicone adhesive. Silicone tape in general has adhesion problems, so it’s never going to stick quite as well as regular adhesive bandages, but this one is the stickiest of all the ones I’ve tried. It will often stay on for multiple days and can be re-stuck if you need to lift it to change placement, or if it comes loose. If you have to use silicone bandages and you hate how poorly they usually stick compared to regular adhesive, this one is as good as it gets in the silicone bandage stickiness category.-Despite sticking fairly well, it’s gentle enough that it doesn’t tear my skin, even placing tape in the same place over and over for weeks/months on end. It also doesn’t stick too badly to wounds if it accidentally becomes dislodged and ends up over one of them. I’ve had it end up on top of a few at various stages of healing and it has never ripped off any scabs, fresh skin, or caused pain when carefully lifted off.-Seems decently breathable so I don’t get moisture buildup under the bandages (unless it’s so hot out that I’m actually sweating anyway), and if it accidentally slips down over one of my wounds, it doesn’t irritate the wound too badly right away (by trapping too much moisture) compared to others I’ve tried. (All silicone bandages do trap some moisture, and can end up lifting if the adhesive gets wet, this one included, just be aware).-Like with most of these rolls that come it little boxes, the box can double as a tape dispenser if you set it up right, making it convenient to leave out for those who are using it daily like me. I’ll try to update my review later with a photo to show what I mean.Cons:-Can lift up at times (especially if the adhesive gets wet). It’s still silicone tape so it isn’t going to hold like traditional bandages. That’s just a fact of this type of product. It doesn’t come loose as often as the others I’ve tried though and is probably the closest any of them have come to matching regular bandage adhesive in terms of stick.-Will sometimes roll back on itself if it catches on something (like a sleeve or pants when changing/putting on clothes). This is probably due to a combo of how sticky it is and how soft it is. It doesn’t happen often enough to be a huge issue, but just be aware you should pay extra attention when pulling clothing on over the tape so it doesn’t catch and roll back.-The edges can also sometimes get folded under themselves. This is a problem common to all silicone tapes in my experience, but especially with this one because of how sticky it is and how soft the backing is. However in my opinion, the better stick and softer backing are worth this small annoyance, and it’s just something you have to deal with if you need to use really soft silicone tape as there’s no way around it.-Similar to the above, when trying to cut pieces off and apply it, it does get stuck to itself pretty easily because it’s so soft, flexible, and sticky. It’s also a little harder to pull apart if the sticky side does get stick to itself (sometimes I can pull it apart, sometimes I just have to cut a new piece). But like the above, this is a very inconsequential issue and worth it considering you get better stick and softer backing than other silicone tapes.-No perforations so you’ll need to cut the length you need with scissors. This isn’t a big deal to me, as I usually like to be able to cut the tape at custom lengths anyway (I just keep a small pair of sewing scissors next to the tape box as those are nice and sharp), but some might prefer the convenience of sections that can be easily torn off.-Roll is shorter than I’d like. Since I’m using so much of this tape right now I go through it VERY fast. Sometimes I can go through an entire roll in 1-2 days/full bandage changes, so I wish it came in a longer roll. This probably isn’t going to be an issue for most people though - I’m changing as many as 5-8 bandages per day which is probably more than most would be. (And they’re all thick bandages, meaning I usually have to use the tape at full width)Misc:-This tape isn’t the narrowest I’ve tried but also isn’t the widest. It’s still wide enough that it can be cut lengthwise if you need long thin strips (which works great for thinner bandages). Unless you need very very wide tape, this size should probably work for most uses. Sometimes when cut in half it can be a bit too thin and lift up more easily with thick padded bandages or folded gauze, but works totally fine for those when left at full width.

Fantastic product
I had surgery 8 weeks ago and started using this tape 4 weeks ago with much success. My scar is almost 6” long and was very puffy and now it’s flat and looks amazing.I love that this tape is waterproof and I will wear it all summer to protect the scar when at the beach.

Very adherent
Tape works great, sticks where you want it, easy to apply and just as easy to remove.

Sticks and really stays in place; perhaps sticks a bit too well
I have tried several different brands of scar tape. While I cannot speak to how well this one works to improve the appearance of scars because I haven’t used it long enough, I can tell you a few things about it that might help you in your purchasing decision.SOME FACTS/DETAILS:This scar tape comes on a long roll with a clear textured backing, and it’s packaged inside a small box. Its color is that of a light flesh tone. It’s very flexible. I tested it by cutting off a small piece and leaving it on an old scar on my arm for about 24 hours. When cutting the scar tape, it’s easier to cut while it’s still on the backing. It seems to be a bit on the thin side. It felt a bit delicate when applying. The adhesion was very good. The edges did not collect much lint from my clothing. It lasted overnight and in a hot shower without coming off nor peeling at the sides, and it stayed in place. It says it’s reusable, but when I peeled it off of my skin, it curled inwards and stuck to itself, rendering it unusable.OPINION/THOUGHTS:I love that the scar tape comes on a long roll and can be cut to size. I had one surgery recently and I’m going to be having at least one more. I’m planning on using it on various sized scars after they’ve healed. I like that the scar tape is on the thin side, but I think that causes it to curl more after removing. The adhesive is also better than others I have used, although I think it’s a bit too much. It didn’t pull on my arm hairs (the few fine ones I have), but it was a little more difficult to pull off than others I’ve used. This, I think, is also a factor when it comes to the curling.CONCLUSION:If you want a scar tape that stays on, this one sticks very well. However, its excellent adhesion may cause issues when trying to remove and reuse. This scar tape might work better for people who use a little of it at a time and don’t want to reuse the tape, for people who are pretty active and need the scar tape to really stay on, or for people who have scars in places that receive a lot of friction from clothing, another body part, or maybe a tool or object of some sort.

Duoderm on a roll!
Was slightly skeptical about this, but am glad I took a chance on it! It reminds me of duoderm that you'd get from a dermatology appointment. Easy to cut a piece to use, and comes off the backing just as easy. Used it on my old scar that I've been using Scar Away sheets on. I like being able to cut it longer than that particular scar and it actually helped to bring down the edge of the scar that the Scar Away silicone sheets never seem to stick/stay on. Also seemed to stay fairly well on the scar on the side of my foot, even in a sock and bootie all day. 10/10 recommend

not waterproof
I gave this tape a three only because it is not reusable and waterproof as advertised. As soon as sweat or water hits it it loosens and falls off. Not reusable either. It curls and is impossible to restick on. The good point is my keloid feels better and doesn't itch when I wear this. I just wish I could wear continuous like they say instead of cutting new pieces daily.

stick on very well
they stick on very well and easy to apply on. I was very happy that they stay all day long and didn't bother my skin and provided comfort while using them and placing them on my skin.

STICKY!
I have been using this on my c-section scar for a few weeks. I want to say, I see a difference but it is hard at the same time to know for sure. I tried using these on my frown lines and think they made those more prominent so keep to using them for scars and stretch marks.
