Durable, Kid Resistant
The standout feature of this drone is its dual mode. It can be used as both a flying drone and a ground vehicle, which is a fun twist and adds variety to playtime. Switching between land mode and fly mode is typically straightforward, though it might take a bit of practice for younger kids. The drone comes with a remote control that’s designed to be user-friendly for kids. The controls are intuitive, though younger children might need some guidance to master the finer aspects of maneuvering. Built with kids in mind, the drone is designed to be durable. It can handle a few bumps and crashes, which is important for beginners who might not have the best control initially. Battery life is generally short, typical for mini drones. Expect around 5-10 minutes of flight time on a full charge, which is reasonable given its size. Keep an eye on the charging time as well. As a mini drone, it’s compact and easy to handle. This makes it great for indoor use, but its small size also means it can be easily carried around. The UNTEI 2 In 1 Mini Drone is a solid choice for kids who want a versatile and fun toy that offers both flying and driving experiences. Its durability and ease of use make it a good entry-level option for young drone enthusiasts.

It is so easy to use!!!
The media could not be loaded. We love it! It was the Christmas gift for my 13 year old, but it's a blast when play chasing my toddlers. It performs extremely well, durable and fun. It haven't broke once since Christmas (May 16th, 2024). It's small but it has 3 speeds, really fast for its size, and it does loops. You can turn on/off the lights. When on land, it only goes forward (only downside). We have never used it outside because it's really lightweight and we are afraid of loosing it. While using it indoors, you need to check for hairs whenever it's flying weirdly. Its value for money is unbeatable. I'll give it a 9/10!

Way better than expected
Got for young daughters bday. Amazed at how tough this thing is. Taken some big hits but no issues. Batteries last at least 10 to 15 min each. Stuff gets caught in the blades but that's expected.Bought as an entry drone for us to learn on and am not disappointed. I want a while fleet of then now. For 30 bucks, it's a ton of fun that keeps going.

Fun beginner drone, simple, and with a bit of practice easy to use.
Love the little drone. Lands at a touch of a button and does flips. Batteries last longer than I expected. It isn't the easiest to get the battery in and out of drone, bit it's not a big issue. Comes with 2 usb chargers for the batteries. I was worried at first how durable it was but after a few run ins with the wall and furniture we found it is tougher than it looks!! With a little practice you can fly the drone quite easily! Great beginner drone for a fair price!!

Three Untei drones were three too many
My kid's grandma gave them each a new Untei drone exactly like this one. Leaving my kids to their own devices, both drones broke within a half hour. Both drones had broken propellers, motors pulled from their wiring, and one charging port pulled from it's housing/wiring.Frustrated with the kids and unconvinced these drones were utter garbage, I bought one to try for myself. It flew fine for it's inagural voyage - but started flying sporadically within minutes. Turns out, the all four propellers started operating at different speeds. While trying to carefully remove the propellers (using the tool), I discovered the propellers are FAR too tight on the motors, and the motors are not secure enough in their housing. Combined, these issues mean it's incredibly easy to accidentally pull the motors from their wiring. To put a cherry on top, I darn-near pulled the charging port from it's wiring trying to disconnect the battery. Every single frustration my kids experienced, I experienced as well. This doesnt even necessrily address why the propellers are spinning at different speeds. I've gone through all the instructions, troubleshooting, and controller settings (speed / gyroscope) but I'm at a loss.My advice: don't.

Fun at first then boring quick
It was good for the first few days and then my daughter says “it lost control” and wouldn’t go the directions she was pushing on the controller.

This thing is insane!
We have just had this thing one day and if it disappears right now it will have been worth it. It's like that t2 done in it's sophistication but amazingly tiny. It maintains a level on it's own and is super easy to control. There is a button that makes it so flips in the air and another that makes it go really really fast. It's came with 3 batteries and two chargers plus some replacement parts in case we decide to go neanderthal with this thing. We have smashed it into nearly everything and it was even at the bottom of the pool for a bit. It keeps coming back to life with no injury. Start being nice to your machines folks because these things are going to win LOL

Not worth the money
For this product to be almost $40. It’s definitely not worth it. It comes with 3 replaceable batteries. My daughter played with it for 10 mins and the battery needed to be replaced. You have to wait a little bit for it to connect before you can start flying. It flys ok. A little difficult to control. Don’t spend $40 on something so small. The batteries are not going to last and you can’t just go buy the batteries in the store. It was suppose to be a birthday present for my kid. Should have just spent the money on a more expensive brand.
