Great for any bake you need!
Great set! I only have 4 out of the 8 shown in my photos and video, but 8 come with the set. They are solid and easy to assemble and bake with. I have recently stopped using a water bath when using these. I feel that too many times water gets in my foil wrap so I opted for no water bath. I think they come out just as good. For that, I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. For a 8 mini cheesecake bake I use 16oz of cream cheese and 1 cup of sour cream. Plus all the normal add ins. It makes 8 perfectly with some room for any add ins. Having a tall side wall allows me room for so many variations and treats. For being a sweet tooth kinda gal that likes to bake small scale and for crowds, this set really gives me options for both of those occasions. The metal is made of a solid material and the rings do easily snap into place. My first time, I didn’t realize there’s a top and bottom to the container bottoms. I ruined my first batch, glad I didn’t give up. Now my cheesecake game can battle your favorite aunties. She would probably beat me, but she’d love me for coming up so close. Make sure the bottoms are completely flat when you insert them into the rings. Bake on!!

Great for individual servings
These pans are great for making individual desserts (especially cheesecakes). They do not leak when sealed correctly (a bit tricky the first time!). They are easy to clean and dishwasher safe. They are a great value for the money. I would certainly buy these individual pans again.
