Game changer!
This style is a life saver for those of us with arthritis or carpal tunnel. Allows you to trim branches in small clicks versus straining. I've been using it a few times a week and so far no issues. Built well.

They are durable and they function exactly as intended.
I use these all the time, and they do a pretty good job of getting through any stem I can fit them around. Locking them takes some finesse at times, but it doesn't take long to get the hang of it.

Made for a man's hand
I wear a size medium woman's glove and these shears are usable for me, just barely. The distance between the handles is slightly too large for my hands. I can use them but they are uncomfortable to use for a continuous pruning job. They are made for a larger hand than mine.The shears are very sharp and well made.

They're made of metal and are strong. Not a perfect ratcheting, but easy to adjust to get the job done. For the price they are very good.
