Q: is it a base like you wear all over or is it something for just under eyes and can it be put on under makeup

Thank you for this question. The Tint and Tighten was designed to be specifically used only under the eyes, however, you may extend the application and add your makeup/foundation to blend in with the Tint and Tighten.

Q: I don't know how to use moisturizer with this product. I've applied tint and tighten, let dry for 10 minutes and then applied eye cream?

Apply the moisturizer first let it dry then apply the tint and tighten that's how I do it and I have no problems.

Q: how much to do you get I see no actually quantity?
