Doesn't thicken clear
When I received this item it was expired by several months. When I experimented with it, the outcome was cloudy. I am not sure if it would be better non expired. I would not buy this again.

It doesn't come with instructions on how much to use
I would of liked some guidance on how much to use

No instructions
No instructions on how to use and no usage rate listed. Emailed manufacture, no response. I have not had any luck getting this to make a simple thick instant pudding. Even at the usage rate of 1/3 cup of this product to 2 cups whole milk, it only slightly thickened it and it has a slightly grained texture.

Terrible solubility in cold water, nothing but fish eyes! Avoid at all Costs!
This entire statement is false: "Pregel maize starch is a cold water soluble starch and has a moderate solubility. It has such characteristics like soluble in cold water, strong water absorption and high viscosity." The correct description is LIMITED solubility, POOR dispersal, Does NOT mix into cold water. Used a Waring high shear stick mixer, and after 10 minutes of slowly blending 5% by wt. of this starch got nothing but a bucket full of fish eyes in milky white water and zero viscosity. This starch is a terrible mess!
