First I bought the whitener gel, thinking I could use it in my old tooth trays that I got from the dentist. When I couldn't find them, I went back and got the whole kit which comes with the LED light, mouth tray and a couple of tubes of gel.It works great. My teeth were getting pretty yellow, and after just 5 or 6 times of using it (15 minutes, each evening) I can see a noticeable difference. The gel I used to use with my old whitening kit that I got from the dentist really made my mouth sore after a few days -- the gel from Bright White Smiles doesn't seem to do that.I would definitely recommend this to a friend, and will purchase again!

The packaging is fine I'm more concerned about how a product works. It is easy to use the gel tray is very flexible and doesn't hurt your mouth. I used it 2 times already and works well my teeth are brighter. I drink to much coffee in the morning and needed something that wasn't a $600 treatment. Will need more gel but that's not a problem they sell that as well.I recommend this and will be buying one for my son and daughter.Great product!!!!!

Have been using product for 2 weeks with no noticeable change. Instructions are not at all clear and need to be bettered.

The product came in a plastic bag and little instructions and 2 syringes with product in it. I think labeling and packaging could be a little better. The product does make teeth sensitive after use I think it’s better to use at night

First time I've tried teeth whitening. Because of the relatively low price, I thought the timer/LED unit or tray might be poorly made but I was surprised that it was good quality. I used it 5 times so far and got very noticeable results using the included 44% gel. I didn't notice any sensitivity or burning.

The light would not come on, the syringes were not marked as to what % of carbide peroxide I received, I ordered the 44%, have no idea what I got.I'm sure I would like it if it worked !!!!!!

Can't be 44% my dentist get me at formulation in the thirties much more successful exact same tray I can put the stuff in my mouth for 2 hours at barely gets it wider it doesn't even hardly burn

Could see difference after using it twice
