The chair is very comfy and is exactly as described. Very happy with the chair, however there is no instruction leaflet included in the box. Instead, there is a QR code printed which takes you to a video online however this page was no longer live. I managed to find a video on the Corsair site for what was meant to be the model I purchased, however the model in the video had some minor differences; most of the differences were not an issue except one key part which caused the gas lift to not work so the chair wouldn't go up and down.The video tells you to remove a red cap off of the gas lift before assembling the chair, however there was a blue part in the gas lift instead. Due to the minor differences, I assumed this was the part they meant and removed it, which turns out was not correct. Thankfully I was able to put the blue part back in after I had put the chair together without causing any damage.Other than this misstep, the chair was extremely easy to put together and has been used daily since. The chair is comfy, with neck and back support. The arms are adjustable in 4 different directions which is ideal for moving it under a desk.TLDR: DO NOT REMOVE THE BLUE PART FROM THE GAS LIFT WHEN ASSEMBLING!

This chair is a fantastic option for anyone who will be sat at a desk for long periods of time, I find I fit really well into the chair as has anyone else who has tried it, and a large range of height adjustment allows more people to fit better. I haven’t had any quality control issues after 5 months of use, and it is still just as comfortable. Furthermore, all of the controls are very quick to access and easy to use.

I got this chair when it was being offered for £244.99 which i thought was a decent drop from the £299.99 it was. I did originally want the older model that had the CORSAIR writing under the logo in grey and white but it was out of stock for ages and still is as i am writing this review. It arrived next day, box and contents in perfect condition. Corsair always package their products to the max amazingly. You know you are receiving quality when you get it and unbox it anything from Corsair. Chair took me about 20 mins to assemble and it was done. No instructions inside, or there was'nt in mine. It is extremely comfy and looks amazing when constructed. If you want a quality chair that is going to last you will be blown away in every way by purchasing a Corsair T3 Rush in whatever finish. Trust me.

It's a heavy package and buying from Amazon saved on the delivery cost. It's a more substantial chair than my creaky, low cost Chinese chair I bought previously on Amazon. You have to visit the Corsair web site to find the manual but the chair is not too hard to assemble. Don't try to remove what look likes a blue plastic cap on the piston, and cut yourself like I did. I'm not a fan of the bucket designed seats found in gaming chairs, but the seat is not as narrow as some I've seen. When I first sat in the chair after assembly I didn't find it very comfortable, but after a bit of tweeking I'm getting used to it. Hopefully the fabric cover holds up better over time than the micron thick, false leather cover on my previous Chinese chair, which I also had a contact allergy to. It doesn't have lockable castors. Overall I'm satisfied and so far think it's worth it's price.
