This was recommend to me at a hair show by a rep and I love this product, my hair feels so soft and easy to manage.

Great Product

I was in search of a leave-in conditioner that would be moisturizing and leave my hair softer. Since it has gotten warmer, my hair has become more brittle and no matter how many times I have deep conditioned, it was not helping. I usually use Cantu leave-in but the product would sit on top of my hair and it made my hair feel grainy. In the past, I have purchased Design Essentials' mousse, which I LOVE!!! It does a wonderful job with my natural curls and is honestly the first mousse that finally gives me a decent looking wash-n-go. I believe this leave-in conditioner does not work for my hair type. It sat on top of my hair; did not moisturize or help with the excessive shedding from the brittleness; and it was watery. After doing some research, it seems that I may have low porosity hair, so that may be why this product did me no justice. For those trying this product, just be cognizant of this and also do your own research before purchasing. I ended up purchasing a hair milk and I have seen SUCH a difference; so, I will be using that during the summer to give me the moisture my curls need. Although this leave-in did not work for me, whenever I do my wash-n-go with the Design Essentials mousse, I will add this leave-in along with my milk to see how it does.

Good product has good slip for a leave on but still thick. I felt it was moisturizing but a bit thick for flat ironing. When I put it in before blow drying it got a bit sticky too. I do a lot of buns however and for protective styling it is great I didn't have to take dow the bun but every few days to a week almost. I only refreshed the top to lay it down. For my daughter it works well too. I have mixed hair so it ranges from 4b to 4c in different areas. Her hair is more 4c and quite thick and more course than mine. It keeps her ponytails moisturized for up to 3 days and just a bit of water spritz and a small amount of the leave in rehydrates it quickly. Good product.
