Good kit. I replaced screen in kid's iPhone SE using this kit. I used step-by-step guide from iFixIt. Everything worked out as expected. I didn't need any extra tools or parts other than what was in the kit. Complete replacement took 25 mins. All functions were tested ok after screen was replaced.NB: (1) be careful when removing home button connector retainer (small shiny spring-loaded bracket) - it will fly off.(2) make sure to unplug battery connector before working on other connectors(3) the upper right screw of the main board connector cover shield is non-magnetic. It will not hold to the screwdriver.

this screen is not for iphone se I REPEAT NOT FOR SE!replacement went like always, simple and easy. screen worked fine for about a day.after a day, the screen stopped being responsive, started literally doing what ever it wanted, clicking random apps and random parts of the screen. after 2 days you cant even text on. IT WAY DIMMER then the original. just overall not a good product. Very low quality, too thick for the original home button. the tools were as expected, smallest and cheapest you can find but thats not a big deal. had the screen on my iphone for about 3 days and i can barely use the phone. WILL NEVER BUY THIS AGAIN!

This is the third time I’ve replaced a screen for an iPhone SE, but the first time using this specific product.The product is installed amd works, but the replacement screen was missing instructions and a couple of thr tools to get the job done (was missing tweezers and a pry tool). The phillips screwdriver it came with also was an abnormally cheap POS and stripped after the third screw. Luckily I have a set of jewler screwdrivers for my glasses, and those are apparently quality enough for the job.I would reccomend another replacement screen.

An aesthetically perfect replacement screen, but with noticeably inferior touch screen hardware.Apps will sometimes need to be rebooted because the touch screen becomes either unresponsive or chaotic.Touch is very sensitive to oils, and I doubt there is an oleophobic coating as it is much more difficult to keep clean than the original.Fit was perfect, however.

After finishing the installation, the touchscreen worked fine and display looked good, but the screen was quite dim! I would say the maximum brightness is about half of what it was on my old screen. So, if this is for a backup phone, you might be fine. However, I'll probably buy another replacement from somewhere else when it gets too annoying and do the repair again.Note: I followed the iFixit guide and had no problems. It took about an hour (or maybe a bit more). Word of warning: you'll have to follow the links to additional instructions for replacing the earpiece speaker, front camera etc. It adds about 30 minutes to the whole thing.

Purchased this item and while the plastic tools were flimsy, the screwdrivers held up great. However, after installing the new screen and using the phone for a few hours the screen suddenly went black. The phone was still on (it maintained bluetooth connectivity) but the screen had no image. I tried reconnecting the cables and it didn't change anything so unfortunately I had to switch back to my old cracked screen

This is my fourth screen for my iPhone SE but I thought I would risk it this time to get the cheapest I could find and this one is not only the cheapest but the best quality I’ve seen! The other screens seem to have less pixels for some reason but this one is as sharp as the original. Will definitely buy again is I break this one again. Note that a screen protector will come in handy since this one doesn’t come with one.

Absolutely horrible product. The screen is awful quality, had a damage mark on the front next to the home button, large silver dot, but was not exposed until after I replaced screen and removed plastic protector. I see little flashes of light across the screen sometimes when I type, and certain letters don’t work almost at all, will never use this vendor again.
