Not very comfortable or useful
We bought this after experiencing a leakage issue after long periods of driving, towing our trailer. It isn't functional for husband's needs.

Fits just right
I bought this seat belt pillow because I had recent abdominal surgery. I was able to customize the pillow by moving the filling to the pouch I need the most protection. It stays nice and fluffy. It is very easy to move the pillow from car to car. I would buy the pillow again.

I have a colostomy and urostomy and this product cushions them from the seatbelt. I can ride a long time in the car with no issues now. Thank you !

Nice thought but poorly designed
Materials on the outer cover are good. The fill is ok but can't be placed where it is needed. There is a seam right where the seat belt goes so there is no padding right there. That makes all the rest of the fill useless. Very bad design.
