They work if you have smooth skin, but even a couple days of stubble and they aren't tacky enough and will peel off on their own.

I love love this mouth tape, I was a habitual mouth breather for years and decided to give mouth tape a try to improve my sleep. A lot of the other tapes I tried came off in the middle of the night and smelled pretty bad. The soma tape is so far the only one that actually stays on throughout the night and there's no smell. My sleep is much better and I feel more energy throughout the day

This product really works. When I first find out about this sleep strips I was not sure if I could handle have something covering my mouth, but it is very comfortable, stays in place, and the most important it really helps with my snoring. The strips help improve my sleep quality and it makes my husband very happy too :)Will definitely be buying again.

My skin is very sensitive and I bought this instead of my usual brand because they were out of stock and this one cost more and broke my skin out. I didn't think it worked as well as the brand that I normally get but now that is back in stock I will buy my regular brand and probably have to throw the rest of these out.
