Highly recommend
Bought it as it was recommended by a Japanese acquaintance. It’s packaged in a sealed bag and then placed inside a sealed tin to ensure that it is fresh.I have used this to make matcha smoothies and it’s got that lovely, yummy matcha flavour that I was after. I will be using this to make some matcha baked goods as well.

Tastes amazing!
Excellent!!I was recommended this by a friend who lives in Japan when I asked for authentic matcha after trying so many. It’s the deep mossy green colour it should be with a slight bitterness to the taste.Used it for lots of my baking and ice cream and one can lasted quite a while

Small
Much smaller than I expected but it’s fine cause you only need a little bit each time

Good matcha tea
This may say 'universal quality' on the tin but I have found it to be smoother and sweeter than some other green teas labelled as 'ceremonial grade'. I use 1/2 teaspoon and mix with hot water using a chasen. Recommended. Fyi, I bought this through Amazon but yet again 'verified purchase' is not highlighted so this is my last review for amazon.

Lovely! I am no expert, this is the ...
Lovely! I am no expert, this is the first matcha tea I've tried; was a bit apprehensive but it is very pleasant. I add a very small quantilty of cooled boiled water, mix it to a paste and then add a little more until the powder is dissolved. Top up with water to required strength. Shame it costs so much on Amazon, I found mine for £8.80 in an oriental store. Will definitely get more, only need small quantities to make a cup, so should last a while.

"green tea powder"
Probably a mix of leaves rather than pure Tencha. I just wanted something cheap to get over my matcha latte cravings but this is not it. Tastes like the quality you would get at a sushi chain-restaurant, so yes it has that umami seaweed flavour and a bright lime colour, but it does not taste like pure matcha (100% ground tencha). It lacks depth.

great
I read about the benefits of your matcha tee and bought it. So far I don't feel any positive or negative effect, but I continue to use.😉
