5 Gallon Reusable Filter Bag Compatible with Toddy Cold Brew Coffee System

This "filter" is just a mesh bag. The mesh is fine, but not fine enough to filter out silt-like bits of coffee. That being said it does make clean-up much easier as the majority of the coffee grounds come out of the toddy and can be dumped easily out of the mesh bag. But I wouldn't rely on this to do the primary filtering of your coffee. The other reason for getting one of these is that with the coffee in the bag you can tie it up and hang it which can yield an extra ounce or two of concentrate, it's not a lot but over time that can add up and save you money on coffee, which is a very good thing considering the amount you need to brew with the toddy.

I got this to use with a large mason jar and it worked great! It contained and strained most of the grounds as well as any other filters I’ve used. Of course there are always a few grounds that slip through. It is well made with strong seams and I think it will last a long time.
