Digital Thermometer for Adults and Kids, Forehead No-Touch Thermometer with Fever Alarm, Accurate and Easy-to-use Thermometer for Home use

Seems to work correctly and is very easy to use. I have only used it twice in the last week. It fits nicely in my hand, is non- touch, and seems to be accurate. Easy to load batteries. So much better than the thermometers I grew up with!

I've tried several thermometers, and this one is by far the most consistent and reliable. I really appreciate how many temperature readings it can store and the option to use it in silent mode—super helpful, especially at night. We keep it in our cases in the same spot so it's always easy to grab when needed. Battery life also seems to be holding up well. Definitely the best one we've used!

Sure beats the old fashioned in the mouth wait five minutes thermometer. Quick and consistent results. Verified readings with hospital grade equipment and found to be 1F low. Calibrated and good to go. Long battery life and the readout is easy to read under all light conditions. Cheers!

This thermometer works as advertised. Great price & quality product. No more alcohol preps needed to clean the sensor as with my temporal Thermometer, for this no-touch device. Just point & shoot. A small light illuminates the aim point so you are clear as to the specific area being sampled. Fast reading. I carry this in my trauma bag, so to prevent accidental activation as it moves around, I reverse the position of one of the 2 AAA batteries, then just place it in correctly when I'm ready to use it. This device also has a neat feature/setting for testing ambient temp in the room or area you are in. A patient's temperature of 100 degrees outdoors on a 100 degree day, is not the same as tested indoors with AC. It's always nice to be able to qualify that. Added plus- It comes with a nice carry bag to protect it.

So many of us work not really knowing if our equipment shows us the correct information or not. And, many times, there is no other way to determine if the readings are too high, too low, or hopefully, correct. I had purchased a couple of inexpensive thermometers in the past couple of years that lasted no longer than the cheap batteries that came with them. I really like this particular model of thermometer. Not only is this one easy to operate, it is accurate and quick to read. It is also very easy to clean. What's not to love??

As and older person with an autoimmune disease I occassionally need a thermometer due to running low grade fevers from time to time.This past week we were quite sick over the last few weeks I ran a low-mid grade fever. The first night I woke with a fever and grabbed our current low frill digital thermometer. I quickly realized our current digital thermometer has a grey background and dark grey numbers. I have only used it in light so it can't be seen without turing a light on. I wasn't thrill having to turn on a light in the middle of the night because my bed partner (also sick) would wake. I had to drag myself up out of my cozy nest of blankets just to read my temperature.I purchased this thermometer (within minutes of figuring this problem out) on Amazon around 11:45, choosing Prime's overnight option (having like 12 minutes to make the midnight deadline). It was delivered before first light because during the night it was delivered. Admittedly, I live 5 minutes from the warehouse in my area but I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Because in addition to being able to see the softly lit screen (thst isn't in anyway bothersome in the dark) I could also check my husband's temperature in a few seconds because he's not at all interested in knowing -- being one of those "I'll just be sick or dead" people.This product can be held within 1.5" from the body and captures an accurate reading because I used two of our old thermometers to check. The unit will light green if within normal range, yellow slightly elevated or low grade, red if fever OR low temp.Because I'm not sure how many people are aware of the concerning nature a low temp can be I was impressed that the unit isn't merely measuring with a result of green as anything below a certain number but the actually widely agreed upon numbers that make up the "normal" range.As an older adult (mid 50s) with an autoimmune disease I occassionally have a low temperature (in addition to running low grade fevers all the time). Which was the case in the days after my being ill this past time. I ran a fever 3 days then within days my body temp dropped. As per my doctor I contacted they're office right away.I'm noting this because a low temperature can be quite concerning. This is a great feature.
