Exactly what I needed to support my wrists and thumbs when doing resistance training. I like that they're open.

Coming apart in less than 1 month
The gloves are great, perfect for what I needed, sadly the quality is very poor. After less than 1 month's use, both straps have started to come away from the glove. Taking into account I'm not big guy, 51 years old, working out maybe 3 or 4 times a week, one of which is leg day, it's not like they have had heavy use in that time.Unfortunately I came on to Amazon to return them a few days past the 30 day period, so I'm stuck with them, so will continue to use them while I can, but will then go into the bin, not doubt in a week or 2. £20 wasted.Going back to Bear grips which lasted nearly 2 years.
