So my delivery was good thru UPS, but that could be because it was my regular guy that I love. He put it on the elevator for me. 4 boxes (3 couches, 1 ottoman). Basically easy to put together just make sure you know what side you want the chase on before you start setting up the sides and back. Sides and backs were not slide on, everything needed to be screwed in. Feet are plastic but seems sturdy. Cushions are firm which is the way I like them, anyone else may want to change the stuffing if you want something softer. I wish there was another set of feet in the middle of the couch and chase. Now I feel with any couch, if you stretch and constantly put force on the back, it may break, if this is you, I would put it against the wall. For the price I feel you get a good sectional.

I didn't want something large and fancy and this for the price was perfect for me. It is definitely on the firm side which I think will help it last. Mine arrived complete with no damage and clear instructions. Easy to assemble and it is reversible, but to reverse you would need to disassemble it partially. Cleans pretty easy too which I found out not wanting to so soon. If you have kids or dog that will jump and play on it, probably not the best choice as the backs don't feel that strong.

Great couch the seating isn’t huge so best for average size people. I thought the fabric and then black color would be hard to keep clean and dog hair free but not true!!! You just have to wipe it off or use a little vacuum and it works great! I’m not going to be sitting on mine that much so I know it will be great for my needs.

The media could not be loaded.  The item is beautiful and comfortable. My only issue was one of the foot on the ottoman not screwing in and they are asking me to return the entire sofa for that after I already set up everything. Called and asked for assistance and two of Amazon’s supervisor hung up on me. Poor customer service from Amazon reps. Very disappointed with the service

I have a 3 because I actually like the sectional but...So I ordered the black set and it arrived today. As soon as I unboxed I noticed the 2 different colors and I don't have a way to contact the seller because they sent the wrong ottoman. So unfortunately I'm stuck with this and all Amazon could do was credit my account because me and the customer service rep both searched for an ottoman just like it but we couldn't find one. Also it's not reversible.

Shipped super fast, easy to put together! Will update in a year and see how it holds up

Just got it today! Came a week earlier than expected. Easy to put together. Cushions are thick and firm so hopefully they’ll last a while. Happy with my purchase!
