Grappling Dummy Ideal for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, MMA, and Martial Arts Brazilian JIU Jitsu Submission Self Defense Training Vinyl Dummy 180cm UNFILLED

Just finished stuffing my Jiu Jitsu dummy. I purchased 25lbs of fiberfill. I probably used about 16 lbs. it took about 4 hours to fill. I used BBQ tongs to stuff where feet and fingers would be, first. I REALLY packed it in. It took about 2 hours alone just to pack the lower legs and arms. After that, it went really fast. The material holds VERY well. No ripped seems. I can’t wait to use it.

I did a lot of research on training dummies before I bought this one. I was able to stuff this dummy with20 lbs. of Ply-fil, and I could not be happier with it, it's just awesome!!! Be sure not to stuff the dummy while pulling hard on the zipper area. This can cause one of the zippers to break, but there are 2 zippers and a velcro closure for extra piece of mind. The material is super stiff and feels durable, so you can totally get away with not putting a lot of stuffing if you're okay with a limp dummy for certain drills/movements. I added two pairs of jeans and 3 long sleeve shirts (inside) for weight and rigidity plus 32oz of polyfil and it's what I would say that's the minimum threshold to make it hold some shape but it def smushes flat with any pressure. However, to make it look like the pictures you'd probably need 10lbs (160oz) or so which definitely adds a decent amount of cost.

There was a small defect on the product. However, the customer service remedied the issue. Id give product quality 3.5 out of 5 stars. Its a decent training tool for the price.

Looked up how to give your dummy more structure using a pool noodle skeleton. Used memory foam to stuff the body around the skeleton. The end result is a dummy that feels anatomically accurate and holds its form while still allowing plenty of flexibility. Material seems to be solid with good stitching. I did a few chokes, arm submissions, and leg submissions and it held up nicely. Will update review if i have any issues within an unreasonable amount of time. If you’re going to make the investment, do it right. I’d say this is as nice of a training dummy as I could have asked for.

fill it with clothes from your wife's closet that she never wears. throw on a gi (A3 was a bit too small in the arms but seemed fine everywhere else. and you're off to the races. add googly eyes for added effect or add the face of that blue belt that hurts your feelings every time you roll.Seems pretty high quality but time will tell. I think with a gi on, this will last a lot longer than if it didn't have one but up to you really.

I spent hours stuffing this thing and only got 2 arm bars out of before the stitching ripped. The quality just isn’t there. Unfortunate because I was super excited about it.

Excellent Product been holding up to the pressure. Well made. Great job would love to try another one for my gym.

Order 2 and both of them are the size of little kids, so disappointed, dont buy from them
