Easy to use and work well
I used these to sound proof a closet that is in my town home that separates me from my neighbors. I did the back wall first and it was super easy just peel and stick. I bought more to do the front wall because gapped sound proofing works the best. They do have a bit of a chemical smell when I first used them but after two weeks that went away and now they are perfect and I can no longer hear my neighbors. Good product and easy to use.

Extremely easy to install
I bought these for bringing down the reverb in my room, and it's by far the best soundproofing foam I've ever bought. They look nice, they do the job, and most importantly, they're ridiculously easy to install. The self adhesive isn't super strong, which is a good thing, hear me out on this. The panels are extremely light, literally light as a feather. The adhesive is more than strong enough to keep them up, but weak enough that you can peel the panel off and re-stick it to the wall if you accidentally put it on crooked. I haven't tested how many times you can peel a panel off and re-apply it before the adhesive wears off, but I've done it up to 4 times on a single panel and it still holds extremely well.

Better than I was expecting
I was overall very impressed with these panels. At first they were squished and I didn't think they'd ever expand back to normal but in the end all but one of them did and they look just fine. I haven't seen how long the adhesive lasts but I followed the instructions and they seem very well attached. I'm also not too scared that they'll be impossible or messy to remove. The block sound very well but can't fix every issue or crack that it can leak through so in most cases these are only part of the solution. Anyways, I recommend these to anyone that wants a cheap way to help insulate their house from unwanted noise.

Foam is good, the glue is not
Pros:High-quality foamQuick-recovery timeComes with a pack of two-sided tape (even though not needed)Significant reduction in noiseCons:Tape does not stick to the foam wellReview:I am very pleased with the quality of these acoustic foam panels. The foam is dense and well-made, and it recovers its shape quickly after being compressed. I was also surprised to see that the panels came with a pack of two-sided tape, even though I didn't need to stick them.I used the panels to reduce the noise from my aquarium water chiller, and they worked great! I noticed a significant reduction in noise levels after installing the panels. However, the one downside to these panels is that the tape that comes with them does not stick to the foam very well. I ended up having to use Gorilla two-sided tape to stick the panels to the wall.Overall, I am very happy with these acoustic foam panels and would recommend them to others. They are a great way to reduce noise levels in any room.Recommendations:The manufacturer should include better two-sided tape with the panels, or simply not include tape at all.The manufacturer should also provide more information about how to install the panels, and for what specific purposes they are best suited.

Easy to install
These sound proofing panels were easy to install. Months after installation, they were still firmly connected to the surface and it worked as expected. I cut some of the panels in half to fit the space I was sound proofing and it did not change the quality of the product. The modified panels still stuck firmly and it was easy to modify the size to fit my needs. Worked great I ordered more for a second project. Highly recommend.

Can't Use Most of Them!
The package of 48 come vacuum sealed and although some of them were able to bounce back, that wasn't the case for most of them. Unfortunately the vacuum seal for these panels was a little too good and a great majority (I'd say about 65% of them) are UNUSABLE; they flattened out to almost paper-thin and will not bounce back. My husband and I found a video of someone using a hair dryer to expand them, and that did work for a couple, but for those that are flattened out too thin, there is no hope. Also, the only help I can get for this issue is to return it, but we have already put the good ones up on the wall. I wasted almost $80 for only less than half of them to work and I can't even return them for a partial refund. AMAZON PLEASE HELP.

Adhesive sucks
Generally speaking these panels work well at absorbing sound. They're not gonna turn your room into a soundproof studio, but they'll more than take the edge off the noise. However it's very difficult to get them to adhere to anything, and paradoxically once you have them on they won't come off. Over half of the panels I've installed have fallen off, with and without the extra adhesive packaged with the panels. On the flip side I had to remove one panel to move it elsewhere since I cannot get some of them to stick no matter what, and it tore a chunk of the paint off my wall.If the manufacturer can make them stick a a wall I'd absolutely buy again, however until then I'd go for something else.

Good Product!
I used them on a window to block the noise and I would say that it blocks around 80% of the noise, which, is pretty good. The foam is also very good at blocking the light.

Low quality
Foam is not very dense and it doesnt adhere well to surfaces. Better to buy it from a proper supplier
