WAAREE Solar Panel All Black 400-405 Watt (Pack of 2, 800-810W) 24 Volts 132 Cells Mono PERC Solar Panels (Pack of 2)

These panels are supposed to generate around 10 Amps each. My MPPT inverter display says it is receiving double that current from each panel. That is over 40 amps, instead of 20 amps. Recently, on two cloudless days, it went over the 50 amp limit of my inverter and the device stopped charging. (Instead of the total 800 watts, the two panels generate 1300 watts.) Because of this excess current, I have to add a circuit breaker on one of the line. Just one of these panels is enough to charge the battery. On other cloudy days, the panels easily generate around 40 amps (20 amps each) at the rated 40 volts. The Delhivery delivery team had two weeks to deliver the panels but they started sending SMS messages in just a few days. Every day, they would attempt delivery and take it back without calling me. I complained and then they contacted me and said were new in our area. One final day, they brought the panels. The bottom part of the packaging was wet and disintegrated. One of the Delhivery team member said that another team had spilled lead acid during a previous delivery attempt. When I cut the cords, I was able to separate the packaging in two halves without much effort. Fortunately, the panels seemed fine. They do show signs of acid spillage. I wonder what the effect will be in future. I am hoping the rains wash it off in a few days. Bottomline: Panels work better than promised. The Delhivery courier almost damaged the panels. So four stars. PS: I ordered a fridge subsequently and Amazon to my horror assigned the same Delhivery courier for delivery. Mercifully, they brought the fridge unharmed. UPDATE: The panels work exactly as described. Each provide 10 amps at 40-42 volts. My inverter was reporting amps after it lowered the voltage to boost the amps using its MPPT algorithm. Very satisfied with the performance of these panels. They are also sturdily built.

Nice Product using It (2 panels 400+400) Generates aprox 4-5 units in a day. With UTL Gama+ 3350 I am runing my homes entire load on it (2 Waaree Panels of 400W + UTL Gama+ 3350 + 2 batteries (150ah + 160ah)

I m 95% percent satisfied with this waree solar panel , I m in north India I m worry about it's performance becos our area temp is high at apr June, as this is all black heat is produce in direct sun light but this work very well ,amount of ampere drop but little amount ,I m happy at which price buy this performance is very good.. given 9out of 10 one point is less becos his glass is not good not proper clean..
