These are great bags to use in your camp toilet, etc. They're odor free and biodegradable within 6 months. My biggest concern is that the label on the bags states that they start breaking down once in contact with liquid. It doesn't state how fast they start breaking down, so I recommend adding Poo Powder, (also biodegradable), to the bag to slow down the process somewhat. My other recommendation is to pee on the ground and just keep your solid waste in the bag. The label also says to dig a hole and bury the bag when finished with it. If you use these while out hiking or camping or something else, especially in national or state parks, remember, it's illegal in most of these areas to dig holes and disturb the ecosystem. In those cases I recommend carrying a trash bag with you to carry the bathroom bags in. When you get done with your adventure just dispose of properly, and that doesn't mean dumping it in the outhouse. Put it in the trash.

Was worried about how durable these might be, but they are plenty robust for their purpose.

Perfect size bag for our folding camp toilet. 8 gallon size also means that they'll work well for the 5 gallon bucket style camping toilets. They do seem to be durable. I wish they had a drawstring closure for more discreet and sanitary disposal. I like that they are biodegradable, but I probably won't be burying these...just throwing into the campground dumpster.

I'm not sure what else to day about these bags other than "they worked!" No one wants a poo bag that rips... and this one didn't. It is durable enough and a good size for the five gallon bucket method.

They are a solid black opaque color which conceals the contents, and they are compostable and biodegradable.Although they are designed for portable toilets for use while camping, hunting, or on other wilderness pursuits, these bags can be used for any number of purposes. They are large enough to fit most kitchen size trash bins, small yard waste buckets, and other containers. I am currently using them in some 5 gallon buckets to store yard waste, and they work great.These would be very handy to keep a few in the car while on trips, in the garage or shed for yard projects, and in the house for kitchen waste or other uses. I really like the idea that they decompose within 180 days. I wish all trash bags were this quality and did the same.Great idea for multipurpose bags, and such a variety of uses!
