Conductive and sticky
Slightly sceptical about 'conductive adhesive', I taped two coins together with a gap between them and tested for continuity with my multimeter. It was fine of course. I needn't have doubted it.Which means this is very useful stuff indeed. The possibilities are endless. I used it first to repair rusted and crumbly battery contacts in an old calculator. It worked great even though I used really tiny strips of the copper tape.Because the foil is thin, you can work it around small, intricate areas quite easily with tweezers. I was also pleased to find that it has a really good adhesive. It sticks tenaciously.Apparently you can solder to it too.I only recently learned this stuff existed. Now it's an essential part of my tool kit.
