This stuff is amazing and cheap! I do not get a white cast (brunette). It smells amazing and I love that it helps add texture to my hair. If I am to the stage of needing dry shampoo, then my hair overall is a bit crazy and the texturing of this helps tame the mane.

I bought this dry shampoo along with the Dove volume shampoo and conditioner. I am in love with all dove products because of the quality you get for the price an dont get me started on the heavenly smell. These purple volumes have been great. Ive been so happy with the results and get lots of compliments. The dry shampoo definitely does its job in every way. It makes my hair smell fantastic, nice volume, and look like i didnt just sweat my butt off in this Florida heat. If you have any greasy or oil in your hair this will fix it right away. This humidity makes my hair look crazy i just spray some of this and it fixes the problem. Highly recommend

I love this dry shampoo! It’s perfect for those no-wash days — it helps refresh my hair and makes it look clean and lively. It really saves me time and keeps my hair looking fresh, even when I’m in a rush or busy learning and working.The only thing is the scent is a bit strong for me. If they had a fragrance-free version, I’d be even happier! But overall, it’s a great product that I’ll definitely keep using.

So I want to start this off by saying I was really excited for this one.The smell is nice (if you like floral sweet smells) I can smell it on my hair even the next day, it’s like a natural perfume!I got this one because it’s supposed to be light weight like the Kroger brand dry shampoo (my ABSOLUTE favorite) and not as residue-y as Batiste dry shampoo (my least favorite). I also thought the volume bump would be nice for days where it’s greasy *and* flat!But,If you have an oily scalp with sensitive skin, this is not for you. Because it does leave residue (not as much as Batiste but more than Kroger) it interacts with my oily scalp funny and causes me to be itchy. And yes, I did it as directed, and yes I had spread it around!I got it for camping (bears and bees are near lol) so I might not take it because the scent is quite strong and lingers. I also have a feeling that in direct sun my scalp will even be more itchy. I also have a bit of sensory issues so if the slight itchiness doesn’t bother you, then yay!As for the volume, it adds a bit more texture to your hair but that’s it. Dry shampoo naturally acts as a volumizer for me so this doesn’t appear much different, it’s almost like I added a little hair spray to the dry shampoo-even the texture. It also leaves that white cast that so many do.I rate it a three because it does the job really well of a dry shampoo (where some others don’t) but it is not one I would actively reach to, just because of my personal scalp needs!

Great dry shampoo, but it sprays out white like baby powder. It smells fresh and clean. The price was great as well. However, if you have dark colored hair, then this is not the brand for you. I have brown hair with purple highlights. When I sprayed the shampoo in my hair, it turned all of the color to white. I suddenly looked like an old women. 😄 I was able to brush most of it out, and it made my hair look clean, but I did not want to use it again. I wore my hair up that day. Since it is a great product for light hair, I gave this dry shampoo to a friend with blonde hair, and she uses it all of the time. As for me, I had to find another brand for my dark brown hair.

I used to buy Batiste dry shampoo, but it left a lot of white powder residue on my hair even after working it through with my hands. No matter which scent I tried, it had a strong scent. I like Dove a lot more, as I can barely see any white powder right after I spray my hair, and none after working it through. It also has a faint scent to it.
