These are awesome. Being able to turn the lights on and off from your phone is reason enough to get these, especially when you have a bunch lamps like I do. I don’t have to worry about fishing the wire out from behind the desk or something to hit the switch, I love it. Both the brightness and color ranges are great. The response time of the physical lights was surprisingly fast. In other words, you can see the changes you’re making on the app reflected in real life basically instantly. This makes fine tuning really easy! The set up is really easy: -Download the app (and give it permissions for like location and “home” data, don’t like that but I guess you have to, whatever) -screw in the light bulb and turn on the light (it starts blinking after a few seconds) -the app will then pick up its signal and they connect. -then through the app, connect the light to the wifi. (I think you can also do it through Bluetooth which I haven’t tried yet. that would be another W for this product) -then you’re in and can start changing the lights through the use of one of two separate color wheels. One color wheel is standard RGB (RBG? You know what I mean) stuff). The other is for the temperature, so the more standard light shades. THE APP: The app does the necessary stuff in a pretty intuitive way that works well. Like it’s really easy to pair the lights and adjust the color. Doing slightly more complicated stuff is a bit more tricky though. I see some other reviewers talking about the app being annoying and I can kind of see why. If you want to make it so that the light bulbs all change in unison you need to create a “room” then a create a “group” and assign the group to the room. Which isn’t terrible, but I could definitely see like my mom having trouble with it. Once you figure that stuff out you can basically do everything that you’d assume you should be able to. Overall great value for the money in my opinion. A pack of 4 for less than $30 is really good for me. I did just buy these recently so I’m unsure about how long they’ll last or if they’ll suddenly stop working. But from what I’ve seen from some other reviews this company seems to be pretty cool and will replace them if it’s reasonable.

These lights are very good they connect perfectly with my Alexa unlike others I have bought and after a few months of having them they stopped working and did not connect anymore the quality of lighting is perfect you put it in the way you want and with the intensity and color that you like

When they work theyre awesome! When they dont theyre a total pain. Ive had these for over a year and I am overall happy. Unfortunately ive had a couple that dont like to work. Every so often these would randomly disconnect and I would have to repair them. The most recent time this happened one of them just stopped pairing all together. Ive tried resetting power and even plugging into different receptacles with no luck. Now one of my bathroom bulbs is always on white light and I cannot adjust. Not a huge deal but definitely annoying

[UPDATE] I had previously left a negative review indicating that these bulbs had become highly problematic within a couple years of purchase, as they would no longer reconnect to the app and stayed permanently in pairing mode no matter what I did to pair them. Lightinginside reached out to me and offered two replace two bulbs at no cost, as they said their team had recently optimized new versions of the bulbs. These paired extraordinarily quickly and without a single issue. Presumably, these are the new bulbs going out today for new consumers. Given the optimized product and the fact that the company cared enough to actually reach out and correct the issue, I have revised my review to 4 stars. I am subtracting just 1 star because the issue occurred in the first place and my fingers are crossed that their bulb firmware (or whatever the issue was) does not become corrupted in the years to come.

My bulb had just recently went out after about a year with no problems. I contacted the company and they quickly replaced the bulb, free of charge! No issues with the initial setup after connecting it to my wi-fi and I really enjoy the various colors/patterns! It can also be synced to Google Home & Alexa. Great value for the money and I highly recommend!

I usually don't write many reviews. But in this case I had to in order to support this company. The product, customer service / support and communication is excellent. I had these bulbs for a while and have been very satisfied. After a single bulb stopped working I contacted support. I honestly did not expect much in today's world. I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they replace the bulb quickly but they followed up in emails several times. They contacted me after my call to support, then again after the bulb was shipped and again to make sure I received the bulb and it was working okay. As I stated excellent support. You can buy from them with confidence.

I purchased these bulbs because a bulb in a ceiling fan burned out and I had been wanting to try some RGB bulbs. In addition to these, I bought some standard-base RGB bulbs from another manufacturer for the fixtures in both my bathrooms and they paired instantly via Bluetooth and I can control them individually or in groups. These, however, I initially got paired but the app lost contact with them maybe an hour later and after that I could not get them to pair sucessfully after over twenty minutes of trying. I was sitting less than six feet from them, reset them several times and it took over a minute trying to pair each one and they all failed. The app also wants me to give it my Wi-Fi password and wants to track my phone's location, even though I have no intention of trying to control the lights from outside my home. That in itself is a near dealbreaker. But even after giving it the password and location access, the bulbs still wouldn't pair and none of the troubleshooting steps in the manual either applied or worked if they did. Even when they were paired, and after adding all of them to a 'room' in the app, I still had no group control over them except to turn them all on or off. Creating scenes is a convoluted process that, again, doesn't allow the bulbs to be configured as a group, which, frankly, makes no sense. They're LIGHT BULBS, for crying out loud! It shouldn't be this hard to operate them and with the other brand I bought, it wasn't. I'm returning these and will not purchase from this manufacturer going forward. My recommendation: PASS

Easy to use and has a great color range! Looks great with my IKEA simrishamn lamps!
