Good product. Keeps pool clean. I had to figure out dose for my 1100 gal above ground intex pool and get a little kitchen solar to weigh it out on but works for me. Dissolves well.

Works well with a 15 foot above ground pool.

Used this in a 10 ft x 30 in easy set pool. Water started to turn hazy with a green tint and the lining was getting a little slimy. Everyone was telling me it was time to shock.Manufacturer stated that this pool is = ~1100 gallons. I checked chlorine levels and it was around 1ppm. I did some quick math and decided to start with 1/4 cup of shock granules. I followed instructions from there. I did it in the evening and brushed the lining and ran the pump all night. I woke up in the morning to crystal clear water and no slime. Chlorine came in a little high so ill adjust my application rate next time. 10/10 would recommend. At this application rate this double pack should last me a long time.

Bought this because we bought ourselves our first swimming pool for the summer. I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into. I knew nothing about pool products but this was well worth our money. Our pool sparkling clear almost transparent . Controller algae amazingly we did not have algae whatsoever throughout this whole summer. It comes as small white grains and I didn’t really catch a smell to it and it didn’t smell like anything either.

Works great! We have a saltwater pool and since it's been really hot with a lot of rain thrown in, we like to shock the pool once a week to keep any algae from growing and keep the chlorine levels up, if the salt chlorinator falls behind. Best shock we have found and disolves even with broadcasting over the water.

Easy to use and keeps the algae down.
