Intrigued by the round holes normally found on chromatic harmonicas I gave this a shot. Turns outs it's a very decent harp and the round holes feel pretty good. Notes are easy enough to bend. Lightweight and nice full cover design. There are no prongs on the comb or covers to prevent crushing the covers if you sit on the harp. And the pictures here make this thing look huge. It is not.

What I dislike….plastic box hard to open. What I like…..tone is great, construction is good, sliding from left to right is smooth and playing single notes is easy. Overall it’s a great harmonica for the price.

I’ve played semi pro since the late 60’s. Owned Seydel, Promaster, Manji, Oskar, Marine Band, Special 20 etc. The Kongsheng harps are decent but need adjustment to play well. Specifically they need to be gapped properly to be responsive. In contrast I’ve also purchased the Easttop 008 model and I love those things. Great out of the box and lovely tone. Get that one instead.

Need adjusting

I have a set of these now. Love the comfort and no moustache grabbing while playing.Good sound and worth buying.

The round holes in the comb facilitate both tongue blocking and pucker techniques. it is easy to over-blow and bend. I find the cover plate design to be very comfortable. I will purchase more of these harps.

Sounds great, looks great and love the round as opposed to square mouthpiece holes. Contoured reed plate corners much easier on the lips too;.

Excellent harmonica from Kongsheng. A lot of professional harp players are using these now.Very good quality and tone projection. Nice round hole , instead of square holes. Bends note very easily..and feels well made,and heavy..I recommend these harmonicas all day long.
