Q: What is the weight of this assembled?

It’s not that heaven ,I’m 86. Yrs I put it together and was able to slide out of the garage to the deck .It sturdier and looks great.

Q: How do you get the side pieces to "snap in". There are tabs sticking out. Do you tilt and pull up or smash it in there?? I can't figure it out.

Make sure the tabs and slots are perfectly aligned and put steady pressure until they seat. Assembly of this unit is not easy.

Q: Does this have any holes bugs/spiders can crawl in?

It's not air tight so bugs could get in. We've had no issues with them but I sprinkle garlic powder around it and on it to keep squirrels out of it.

What is the weight of this assembled?
