As stated in the title I used this to make a Blackhawk Omnivore holster compatible with the Safariland QLS system and it worked flawlessly! Not only was it simple, but it's an actual metal plate so it is robust and therefore duty grade! I used to use an Omnivore at work until I got a Safariland duty holster and since I've invested in to the Safariland QLS system, I figured I make all of my holsters, and a couple non-Safariland holsters compatible! 100% satisfied! I understand that it's a little bit expensive for what it is, but being metal, and being a solution to a problem that a lot of Blackhawk holster owners have, it's well worth it in my opinion!

This product work amazing on my holster and qls clip. This product is very secure and fits perfect.

The media could not be loaded.  I am giving it one star only because it actually fits. But once you get it on, they don’t use the same thread pattern as Safland so it won’t work. The included “bolts” as they call them, are cheap and small and go right through a QLS fork. Well designed but bad follow through.

Works like it's supposed to but it is to expensive for what it is. I needed it so I paid for it

The mounting plate is excellent. Simple yet well thought out and constructed.The hardware is not good. The screw heads are too small to be effective without washers and the thread size and pitch are different from Safariland.

Does a really good job at adapting a Blackhawk holster to a Safariland platform. Solid aluminum, not weak plastic interface holds quite firmly. Highly recommended for those that need something to give latitude to fitting up different brands of gear. Well done!
