Smart Board, 43 Inch Interactive Whiteboard, Electronic Whiteboard, Screen Mirroring from Android and iOS for Live Streaming, for Advertising Display and Classroom (Board Only)

I am not very tech-saavy so when the product got set up, everything looked and worked good except the remote and the Internet connection wasn't working. Fortunately the company was easy to contact through Amazon chat and they stayed with me back and forth until I got the Internet issue resolved. They also sent me a new remote at no cost. I love the smartboard- it's so versatile! Worth every penny and affordable compared to other brands.

Purchased this board in May of 2025. It has worked exactly as advertised until yesterday. Some of the apps were not performing well so I rebooted the device. Now the device is not working. It has power but the screen is not turning on. I would like to talk with someone from their support to see if there is a reset function on the device. We were very happy with the device and purchased a second one. If we can get the broken one working again we will be happy with it. I hope that someone from the company is monitoring their reviews. 🤞 ***UPDATE*** I was able to get a hold of the seller and they replaced my board. I did have to contact Amazon support but once they received the message they have bee very helpful and made it right. I appreciate that very much and would recommend this product and the seller.

Overall this is a decent product. I got it with the intended use as a family message center and calendar. It operates just fine and is essential a giant tablet. There were a few issues worth mentioning. My first issues was with the speakers. The sound leaves much to be desired. Your able to download and watch streaming services like Netflix and Prime Video but don't expect for quality sound. In fact, I began a search for a Bluetooth speaker but the smart board, although paired, would not play sound from a connected device. The seller has reached out and offered a speaker to address the issue. I'll update that issue once received. Another issue is that my remote didn't work. Of course I don't see it offering much assistance for any operations. The directions for setup are not user friendly. Luckily it is essential a tablet , but trying to orient it to how I wanted to hang it on my wall took us about 20 mins to figure out. A lot of trial and error with that. Overall, I do not regret the purchase and everyone that sees it is impressed. Also the drawing board app has become a favorite for family Pictionary.

I had a few issues with the 43 inch smart board and I sent in a support ticket for help. Within minutes both Sany and yiyi sent me helpful instructions and helped me fix the issues. OR SO I THOUGHT After a few months and trying all they asked me to try Nothing worked I got a full refund for a bad product Don’t buy this Oh and on top of that They accidentally sent me a second one I returned and was honest and they Didn’t even say anything - don’t buy from them

You may think about it is a huge tablet but with much more functions. The package is including the tablet, a power cable, touch pen, wall shelf, also a certificate. First, I would like to let you know the function named Magic board. You can write anything on the white board with your finger or touch pen. Besides that, the tools of magic board including eraser, moving single word(even just a horizontal line), zoom in or out for the works. This function is equivalent to an electronic version of draft paper, drawing paper or memo. And I find out there is a function really useful for teaching and meetings. For the office workers, you may use PPT and Excel files for project presentations, to explain some specific details, you can touch the triangle icon one the left or right, either way, then tap the icon image like a pen. After that you can writing on the board under any apps, it is kind like Magic board but you dont have to open it to do. Beside meeting, when you are teaching, this is useful too. At last, I love the Screen casting function. There are 2 ways you can do. The first one is for iPhone, after you connect your iPhone with the tablet by Bluetooth. You can directly use screen mirroring to have screen cast. The other way is whatever what kind smart phone for it. You just need to download an app named Eshare, and then open Eshare on the tablet, scan its QR-Code, then you connect them successfully. I believe that are more function that you guys need. For me, these functions are enough. I really need this huge tablet for meeting.
