This hat is so light and comfortable. I decided on the medium because the large would be too big. It turned out to be too tight so I inflated a rubber ball inside the hat weighted down for 3 days in a warm place and the result was a perfect fit. I love the color , it’s a fawn/brown/hickory and very stylish. You can pack this hat flat and it springs back into shape immediately, very clever. I’m getting plenty of use with it , with the warm summer that we’re having.. Thanks Barmah, a really great product.

The size Medium hat was extremely small and even too tight for my own head which is 'small'. I had to return it as it was nowhere near large enough for my husband.

This is the second Barmah I've purchased, after owning the exact same model for many years it's finally now only fit for gardening. These hats are great in that you throw them in a rucksack and then hey presto they recover their shape immediately. If you want a hat that is fully UV proof and can take some rain, plus sits nicely on your head even in breezy conditions, this is the one for you!

I have reviewed this product already. The box arrived very battered. The hat was ok albeit rather smaller than had anticipated even though ordered large. The top of the hat has two marks on it and it is rather darker than shown. In fact the inside is far nicer than the outside. However this was needed for a birthday gift so no time to send back for replacement.

I bought one of these 25yrs ago and it has just worn out.Hardy, comfortable and well priced.

Moderately small when first got it, slightly gets bigger when stretched on your head. If head measurement in middle get the upper size.

I like this hat - it’s cool.
