Always loved plj, went mad for it when I was pregnant, lol.and love it now, first thing in the morning in hot water.Or iced lemon tea.It's very versatile. And good for you, dieting or not!

I like lemon juice and normally buy fresh fruit but this not being possible I tried PLJ and find it excellent for making lemon drinks
