These pencils are good quality and work better that some of the cheap off brands out there.

Great for sketching!
Great pencils, soft lead so layering is hard but if you do it lightly it's great for under sketching and erases halfway so don't do it too hard

Great for drawing
Great for drawing/sketching. Faint but builds color over time, doesn't smudge, and still erasable. I use these things for everything.

Pencils were awesome for drawing
These pencils shade and made line art easy to doodle or draw.I use these for entire sketchbook that was 120 pages.Only con was sometimes the lead of the pencil would break easily.

Lead in the pencil
There is some lead in this pencil! Whoa! Kid needed for her class and they did not disappoint. Glided well and easily.

Not just for teachers!!
A friend of mine purchased these red marking pencils, and gave one to me. She uses hers for marking her needlework charts and the red is so easy to see. So, now this is the pencil I use, too. It glides well across the paper without hesitation. Very pleased with it.
