Poor software implementation
Well the biggest problem is, once a key is set, you cannot reprogram it. You have to restart from scratch and that is a horrific though, let alone experience.Also, for some idiotic reason, you cannot set A/C commands, unless programmed as an unknown device.Other than that, the package works.

Warning third party power supply when refurbished
Product is amazing and after fiddling around a bit very eaayvto setup. Slight issue is that the refurbished one I have purchased has come with a third party micro usb plug... i have woken up thus morbing to a fuse tgat has blown in my fusebox and a harmony that doesnt work. The plug smells like it has melted internally (burning plastic/electrical smell) swapped the cable for a high quality one now and it is working fine... just happy it was only the fuse I the fusebox that got damaged.

Good but with serious limitations.
Awesome product as long as you want it for media purposes. Game consoles, TVs, amplifiers work like a charm, IFTTT comtatible. AC units however and similar appliances don't work. No other reason for this, than logitech trying to push you expensive peripherals. If you want this to control AC units, look for something else like a sensibo unit.

Dead remote couldn't setup
Received the unit which was already linked to another account so had to reset but couldn't complete setup because of dead remote

I bought these as refurbished units which had small scuffs on the controls and one of them needed a hard reset, but they've worked fantastically in both our kitchen and bedroom.They take a bit of getting used to, as they're far less descriptive than the screen-based control, but when you've got two or three devices (in our case it's a Sky Q mini box and a Roku in each room) they work great. It pairs with the Rokus wirelessly and uses the infra-red enabled hub to talk to the telly and Sky boxes. You can also use the app to control things, but I find it a little clunky and slow switching between rooms. Likewise with Alexa/Google Home integration, you can enable it but I've found it works only in a single room and is a little too slow for most activities.I'm not sure I'd pay full-price for another one for my flat, but when I see them on refurb again I'll snap them up!
