Persis Crystallised Ginger Chunks – Premium Crystalised Ginger Pieces & Stem Ginger for Baking, Cooking, and Snacking (1kg)

I've been buying this Persis ginger for several years now, and I'm very happy with it. The ginger taste is consistantly good, with reasonable sized chunks and the texture is between soft and firm with an even sugar coating and the price is quite reasonable for the quality provided, so I don't intend to try any alternatives as I don't think there's room for improvement.

This crystallised ginger is the best quality and price that I have ever bought ,.The only disadvantage is that I find it too tempting to re order Highly recommend ,if you can stop eating itbafter a small amount

I didn’t realise how large my large bag of Persis Ginger Chunks was. What fantastic value for money! I love all things ginger but too much even for me! So I have given much away and to very appreciative friends and colleagues. Persis ginger is lovely, chewy, mild and delicious. I use Persis in cocktails. Ginger chunk, ginger syrup, topped up with lots of bubbly Prosecco. Very nice

Good sized chunks of ginger for eating. Husband likes it coated in a good quality chocolate for an extra special treat but delicious as it is , not too sweet or sugary and great taste. Will definitely buy again

Excellent, at a good price, 1kg decanted into jars for Christmas, and not too much loose sugar 👍

Tasty but too chunky for my requirements

Very good quality and prervents reflux acid,saves taking some very dodgy medication.Thank you for such a healthy product and very nice to snack on as well.
