Very good quality easy to adjust and clip on. Good for walking at night and being visible for passing cars

One size fits all - doesn't. I'm 5'6" tall at 174 lb. I wear a light London Fog jacket on my walks. The waist straps are tight, fully adjusted out. No way it would fit over a winter jacket. I guess the Chinese frame size is smaller than American ones.
