Excellent quality – gentle and effective
I've been taking this magnesium supplement for about two weeks and can already feel a difference. Compared to other brands I’ve tried, this one is much gentler on my stomach — a big plus as I deal with acid reflux.My sleep has also noticeably improved — I'm no longer tossing and turning at night, and my mind feels calmer and more settled. There’s a sense of mental relaxation that I truly appreciate.The capsules are easy to swallow. I generally don’t have trouble with pill size unless they’re really large, but these are very manageable.Overall, I’m very happy with this product. This stopped my restless legs of a nighttime!! Good product and good price. I find I could take 1 rather than 2 and still notice the effects.

Good supplement
These magnesium glycinate capsules are great! I’ve been sleeping better, feeling less tense, and even noticed stronger nails. They’re gentle on the stomach and easy to take daily. Definitely one of the best supplements I’ve tried for energy, sleep, and muscle support.

Check the dosage per tab
I'm sure this is perfectly good as a Magnesium supplement but it is a bit confusing in the ad. It states 1024mg serving. What it doesnt tell you is that is with 2 tablets. So this 120 tablet tub will last 2 months. Bear that in mind when comparing other which are the same dose for 1 tablet. Bit of a con. Won't be buying again, will go back to my 90 tablet 1 a day product I used before at the same price.
