Are there any recommended recopies for this product. Bought some and very happy but I have no ideal how much to use per gallon. Tej recipes?

Very nice!!! We would recommend using 1oz per gallon. Keeping the gallon of liquid air tight for two weeks as it ferments.

How much of the product is provided for $6.95?

I would say the "enough to fit in a quart jar" answer is approximately accurate.
