That this was a customized item not eligible for return! And made like crap!
The media could not be loaded. I dislike the fact I had it 2 days and the picture came off because it was only held in place with crappy glue or tape!! This was used to hold my medical id badge. This was a special picture of me and my Mom who recently passed away!!

Perfect
I needed a key Fob holdover. And used this ID holder. It looks beautiful and the way they added the picture is flawless. I love mine.

Disappointed
What I didn’t like is how they refused to replace my picture when you can clearly see that it was done wrong.. I purchased a second one and I can see the difference. The second one was done properly. The picture did not fall apart. All I asked for was for it to be done like the second one I purchased. Overall the item is very nice I got so many compliments and I shared where I got it
