My husband surprised me with this for Christmas. Love love love. As a super fan this was a great gift!

I expected this book to be nothing more than the movie script with a few well-known pictures thrown in, but it is much more than that. It's packed with behind-the-scenes history, annotations, concept art, storyboards, and film frames, all laid out linearly as the script unfolds. A real pleasant surprise. The only issue with the book is that the actual script font is a little thin and hard to read.

Jurassic Park is one of my favorite movies and favorite books. I’ve always loved looking at behind the scenes stuff of movies and like looking at how scripts change over time. This book does a fantastic job discussing Jurassic Park’s journey from page to screen as it breaks down moments, characters and other tidbits, comparing the book to the movie and how different script writers looked at various aspects of the book to adapt.If you enjoy Jurassic Park, you’ll love this book.
