I just love this watch. This is the first Smartwatch I've ever had. There are about 30 different faces for the watch you can choose from or you can upload any of your pictures.The watch came and it only took about a half hour to fully charge it. Once charged I was easily able to download the app on my phone and then sync my watch and phone together.I was able to put contacts on my watch without a problem. I made several phone calls from my watch and was able to hear the person I called very clearly and they didn't have a problem hearing me. It was great!I used the heart rate and pulse. It gives me just about the same results as my husband's watch. I couldn't wait to use the sleep function. It's pretty spot on. I was amazed. The watch stores all of your information for all of their apps so you can compare the days. While I'm getting ready in the morning I charge my watch and it has a full charge. The pedometer works very well too. The media could not be loaded. I have to say I did too much research 😂. This watch is a very nice watch. You see the side by side comparison with my Fitbit, which is giving me fits after a year and a half.Pros:For the price you can't go wrong with this watch. It is elegant and light on the waist. It does a whole lot more than my Fitbit. For fitness this is great. Movement reminders, drink water reminders, activity tracker, heart rate, and oxygen levels. It is awesome. (Remember it is not a medical device and not meant to be used as such.) Its activity tracker has many types of activities to track, unlike Fitbit, which only has a few and is supposed to be a activity tracker.It also has a ton of clock faces or you can personalize with your own pictures. Nice feature.I have used the phone feature which worked great. Now when I am not in my car, which connects to my phone, I can answer the phone without having to dig it out of my pocket or purse. Nice and in a reasonably inexpensive watch.It does have 24 hour service on the app, which I have used to ask questions. They answered in a timely fashion.Also, the player feature worked well, as it can control the player in your phone and you can listen while you exercise without having to have your phone out. The shutter worked well for controlling the camera on the phone. It is a nice feature for my selfies or group pics I want to be in.Cons:The first one is the app, as stated in other reviews it is glitchy. It may come on when needed or not. It sometimes will not keep the settings you want as in metric or imperial measures. I keep that monitored. They really do need to work on that with such a nice watch.Also, sleep function cannot be turn to any other time. It is 10-8. If you work third shifts or even second shifts you will not be able to track your sleep. If not important this is not a deal breaker.I will update if I find anything else I like or dislike. Also on the longevity of the watch. I am looking forward to using this watch over my other one.UPDATE:The battery life is as long as my Versa ever was. Depending if I leave the phone on on my watch, it will last about 3 days. If I turn off the phone and turn on battery saver (nice feature) it can last 4-6 days. Honestly this is not a problem I plug my phone in every night and I don't wear the watch 24/7. As mentioned in another review every once in a while the app gets glitchy. Hopefully they will fix that with updates. Only happened a couple of times.I love this watch! I am buying one for my husband for Christmas. The watch band fits him! He has big wrists! 😂Update: The only issues I have had with the watch is it will switch screens easily while wearing. I may be wearing it too close to my hand. The other thing I have encountered is the time being off. I had to re-pair the watch. This is an app thing. It only happened once while traveling. I do not consider these to be something that would keep me from buying the watch. As a matter of fact I did get one for my husband. If it lasts a year it will have lasted longer than my Fitbit. Worth it to me. Not spending a fortune either.

This watch is a GREAT VALUE. The Huawise app is very user friendly, and I am far from a savvy user! I wanted a pedometer watch mainly, I read many reviews for similar products at this price point. I especially love that ‘Monica’, the customer service person, is available 24/7. The messaging was so helpful when I didn’t find instructions right away on the app. She sent a screenshot of the appropriate section and I was able to set up my watch with ease. I wore the watch to bed so I could see if it measured my sleep - great sleep report! Gives a record of varying levels of sleep. Quite helpful. I have used it to make and receive phone calls and can hear well, the other end can hear me, though they said it sounds a little soft. I will check my settings for mic. I am sure I will be contacting Monica a few more times for various features but so far, every feature works as promised, including the voice command feature. OH ~ the main reason I purchased was the pedometer, is so great - although I’m already annoyed at it for telling me to ‘get up and move around’ 😜 I highly recommend this watch for someone who wants a smartwatch that is $50 or less.

This is a great watch, don’t get me wrong, but it randomly connects whenever I’m on a call or watching something on my phone. I’d like that to where it wouldn’t do that but nonetheless still great.

This is definitely a $25 smartwatch. I wanted it to see if I would wear a watch to begin with as I usually don’t. I wanted it to have a gps location option but it doesn’t. The gps is for mileage only and that is way off. By 25 miles or so! I know the mileage of my route (1.1 miles) it tells me that I’ve walked 25-27 miles. I have reset it so maybe that will help. Don’t know what to do to fix that problem. You can see the text messages you are getting but can’t respond to them. Connected easily and worked well with calls. I really wanted it for the mileage though. I will be buying a better quality one since I enjoy wearing a watch.

En navidad para el intercambio el que me tocó eso es lo que escogió e inmediatamente que lo subió al grupo lo compré, cuando se lo dí y vió que era el mismo que pidió ya no nos hizo caso, se la paso con el reloj y al día siguiente también, por lo tanto deduzco que le encantó. No le saque foto porque no lo podía abrir por ser regalo.

El reloj se adelanta. El soporte no es ,24/7 como dicen en la descripción se tardan en contestar varios días. Y prometen muchas cosas a cambio de buena calificación.
