Braket spacing
Lovely seat as expected but fixed brackets did not marry up to toilet holes.

The toilet seat delivery only took three days from when I ordered it
it was just as I expected and it replaced my old soft close toilet seat which had lost its soft close ability over time, perfectly

Total waste
Poor design, poor quality, super expensive.Unfortunately there's no alternative for our toilet, probably it would be cheaper to replace the whole toilet rather than keep replacing this joke of a seat. Our last one was also faulty, so we had to return it

Unusual shape.
Fitted perfectly. Bought to fit an ancient loo I thought we might not get a suitable seat for. B&Q could not help but Amazon had an amazing selection!

Impossible to fit
The supplied seat had not passed quality control. The seat had not been finish drilled to full size and therefore was not possible to install one of the pivot pins as the hole was undersize.

Good quality but isn't soft-close
Good quality but isn't soft-close! Thought I had bought soft-close but it's not. The original one was soft-close so wanted to replace it with similar. would have purchased a cheaper alternative had I known.

Awful
Didn’t fit the toliet seat which it claims to be made for disappointing and return charged as it’s to EU was £42.00 more than the seat so I have made a loss as not returning it for more than what it cost
