I have been using a month or more and so happy with the result. There were some issues with the gel pads not keeping it in place for more than 36 - 8 hours - scary when you go to the loo !!I have resolved that issue by cutting the crotch out of a pair of Sloggi's and using them like a supporting bandage around body - Knickers on top and gravity hardly effects stickiness & you can get 3 - 5 days out of pair of gel pad.

I use a tens everyday and I thought to have one without wires would be great but I've been left disappointed with this because the remote control does not work and when I rang I was told to replace the batteries which I have done 3 times now it will work once after I pair the tens and remote control and then won't work again, also the stickiness of the pads is not great doesn't last very long

I reviewed this item two years ago giving it 5 stars, and was so impressed that I bought two machines. Although I still love it, I've found the pads are not as well made as they used to be, giving only 1-2 usage times, which makes this a very expensive machine to use! The remote only works a short time before it stops permanently which never used to bother me but pressing the buttons on the back has now become embarrassing and awkward in certain situations. I would still give the machine itself 5 stars, but with the defective remote control which I now need it goes down to 3 stars, and the flimsiness of the pads takes it down to 1 star. I've tried contacting Wi Touch themselves about the manufacture of the pads but never had an answer. There is only one supplier of the pads in the UK (they are actually excellent in customer service), however I must admit I would only rarely use this machine now because of the cost.

this is the best tens machine I have ever used and recently have purchased a few, I can turn it on or off whenever I like without having to remove it first to set it going. As my problem is lower back it is very difficult to fiddle around the back with buttons. It looks chunky but you do not know that it is in place, sitting in a chair laying bed you dont know it is there. I had a problem with the gel pads but the suppliers have sorted it out very quickly and I cannot fault them, they said they would have them to me the next day by special delivery and they did.

i bought this and I also find the remote control does not work properly, also I find the sticky pads are difficult to get of the back, I cant reuse them as they curl up while taking of, can anyone help, or am I doing it wrong, also this is not as powerful like the wire machine, although better for comfort
