Hi I have heard the mat can stain from use, is it easy to clean?

HiI have a grey one and it hasn't stained to date. Our yoga teacher has a red one and you can see that she has done loads of down dogs, as there are 'I suppose' some stains in those areas. Having done yoga for years, it's the best yoga mat I have ever used and there are about 6 of us now in our class that have migrated to Lifeforme. I few members have got them for £75 from Sweaty Betty website if that is a helpSue

I get super sweaty hands & feet that tend to make downward dog super slippy, will this stop me from slipping purely with sweat?

Is this yoga mat cold to the touch? I want to use if for yoga and lying meditation.
