The audio file did not open. Clearly it had already been used before it reached me. In fact, on the front and back of the book there were two stickers which were covering something. I presumed those were the key/password to the audio file. However, on scraping it I found ‘not for sale in the open market’ printed under it. Clearly, the book was a second hand.
